- Secretary: Degree with HDC & BM, B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Agricultural University, Masters’ Degree in Business Administration or M.Com with Finance, B.Com (Co-operation) or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
- Assistant Secretary/ Chief Accountant: Degree, Cooperative Higher Diploma (HDC or HDC & BM of Kerala State Cooperative Union or HDC or HDCM of National Council for Cooperative Training), B.Sc/MSc, B.Com Degree or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
- Junior Clerk/ Cashier: SSLC, Karnataka State Co-operative Federation and Junior Diploma in Cooperation (JDC), B.Com Degree, Higher Diploma in Co-operation, B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) of Kerala Agricultural University.
- System Administrator: B.Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, and Communication Engineering / MCA / MSc (Computer Science or IT) or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
