Education Certificates:
Education certificate with marks sheet of all education qualification achieved by candidate i.e Matric/Intermediate etc from recognized School/College/Board/University. Provision /online education certificate should be certified in ink signed by the head of the education institution of concerned Board/University. Candidates with matric certificate from open school should bring school leaving certificate countersigned by EO/DEO.

Educational Qualification. Minimum educational qualification will be matriculation.
Selection Criteria:
Deserving candidates would be called to appear for trials at designated Army Centres. The candidates qualifying physical fitness test, physical Standards test and skill test will undergo medical examination at trials site itself. The offer of enrolment will be forwarded to the selected candidates only, which will be strictly determined by requirement in particular sports disciplines and availability of vacancies. Request for change of venue of selection trials will not be
entertained.
HOW TO APPLY:
Application Form: The application is to be submitted on A4 size paper only as per the given format. Only one application form is to be forwarded, candidates who send more than one application for the same entry will be disqualified. Forms to be downloaded from Internet www.joinindianarmy.nic.in
Eligibility Criteria:
Direct Entry Havildar: Terms and Conditions for Enrolment as Direct Entry Havildars. The broad terms and conditions as applicable to these personnel are given in the succeeding paragraphs.
Documents Required: Candidates are to bring the following documents during attending the sports trials.
Pay & Allowances/ Pension:
Pay and Allowances: Pay & allowances for direct entry Havildar and Naib Subedar shall be same as applicable to existing Regular Serving Personnel of Indian Army as per provision of Army pay Rules, 2017 and amendments thereon. Pension. Pensionary benefits will be governed as per the extant provisions contained in Pension Regulations for the Army -2008 and amended from time to time.
Age: The age limit for enrolment will be from 17 ½ to 25 years should have completed 17 ½ on the first day of enrolment and must have not crossed 25 yrs on the last day of enrolment.
Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per Army Medical Standards.
Chest Expansion: The candidate should be capable of chest expansion of 05 cms.
