Objective of Prasuti Sahayata Yojana 2024

As you know, working women in unorganized sectors who are living below the poverty line through labor often cannot work during pregnancy, resulting in loss of wages. Pregnant women are unable to get proper nutrition during pregnancy and cannot meet their health-related needs. Considering all these problems, the state government has launched the Madhya Pradesh Prasuti Sahayata Yojana 2024. Under this scheme, the Madhya Pradesh government will provide financial assistance of 16,000 rupees. Through the Prasuti Sahayata Yojana, pregnant working women will be able to meet their financial needs during pregnancy.

The scheme aims to address the challenges faced by women workers in unorganized sectors who struggle to make ends meet, especially during pregnancy when they are unable to work and earn wages.
