Editorial Policy
Effective date: 6 November 2026
This page explains how Etime approaches the articles it publishes at etime.in. It describes what we aim to do, not a guarantee that every article meets every aim.
What we cover
Etime publishes plain-language guides about useful phone apps, watching live TV on a mobile, trying hairstyles and hair colours with apps, and hair care. We also offer free online tools for everyday tasks.
What we aim to do
- Explain a topic clearly, in words an ordinary reader can follow.
- Describe what an app or service does, and what to check before you install or pay for it.
- Link to the app’s official store listing or the publisher’s site where it helps.
- Avoid promising results that nobody can promise, such as a guaranteed look, channel, or outcome.
- Correct significant errors when we learn about them.
How articles are prepared
Articles may be prepared with the help of software, including AI writing tools. Details can be wrong or become out of date, so check the current store listing or the publisher’s own information before you rely on something important. Some articles also appear on other websites.
Apps, channels, and hair content
Features, prices, permissions, and channel line-ups are controlled by the companies that run them and can change. An article does not mean we have tested an app on your device or that we recommend it for your situation. Hair-care articles are general information; for hair loss, scalp conditions, or a reaction to a product, consult a qualified doctor or dermatologist.
Advertising and editorial content
Etime is supported by advertising, and we also pay to promote some articles on Facebook and Instagram. Ads are served by advertising providers and are separate from our articles. We do not currently publish paid articles or use affiliate links. More detail is in our Advertising Disclosure.
