Welcome to Etime at etime.in. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, articles, PDF conversion tools, links, and related features. In these Terms, “Etime,” “we,” and “us” refer to the site operator; “you” means a visitor or user. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, stop using the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that organization.

What Etime provides

Etime publishes general guides about phone apps, watching live TV on a mobile, hairstyles, hair colour, and hair care. It may also provide tools such as PDF conversion and links to third-party sources, including app stores. Pages are designed to help readers find and understand information. Etime is not the publisher of the apps it describes, not a TV broadcaster, and not a medical, financial, or legal adviser.

Content can be changed, corrected, moved, or removed without notice. App features, prices, permissions, availability, and channel line-ups are set by their publishers and can change after an article is published. Before installing an app or paying for anything, read its current store listing and the publisher’s own terms.

Permitted use and acceptable conduct

Do not submit unlawful content, malware, copyrighted material without permission, confidential business records, medical records, financial account documents, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information. Before using a tool, consider whether the file contains metadata or information you do not intend to disclose.

A tool result can have formatting errors, missing text, broken links, altered page breaks, or other defects. You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it, publishing it, or submitting it to an institution. Availability, supported formats, file size, processing time, or other features may change. We may impose technical limits, reject a request, interrupt a conversion, or disable a feature to protect the service. Unless a specific tool page clearly states otherwise, do not assume that uploads are backed up, retained for a fixed period, encrypted end to end, permanently erased immediately, or suitable for high-risk documents.

Accounts, security, and availability

Do not send material you expect us to keep confidential. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to process a request you initiate. You confirm that you have the rights necessary for any file or material you provide.

Third-party links and advertising

Etime may link to app stores, app publishers, advertisers, or other sites. A link is offered for convenience and does not necessarily mean that we endorse, control, or have verified every statement on the destination page. External sites may change, move, or become unavailable. Their terms, privacy rules, cookies, security, and services are their own. Advertising is supplied through Google Ad Manager and its demand partners. We do not control every advertiser’s landing page, offer, price, or claims. An advertisement is not a guarantee, recommendation, or promise by Etime. Use your own judgment and verify an advertiser before sharing information or making a purchase. We do not ask you to click ads and do not reward ad clicks. Ad availability and display are not guaranteed.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed when you use the site, including our advertising and Meta Pixel integrations. Our Cookie Policy describes browser technologies and available choices. These policies form part of your use of Etime. A browser’s privacy settings can affect optional cookies and advertising. Nothing in these Terms replaces a consent choice required by law or changes the privacy terms of an independent provider.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to publish useful information, but we do not warrant that each page is complete, current, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or continuously available. We do not guarantee how an app will perform on your phone, that a channel will be available, a particular hairstyle or hair-care result, earnings, advertising fill, or successful conversion. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Etime and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, lost opportunity, lost data, or losses arising from a third-party service, app, advertiser, or decision made using general information on the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where law prohibits its exclusion. If liability limits are not allowed in your jurisdiction, they apply only to the extent permitted.

Indemnity, suspension, and changes

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the site, infringement of another person’s rights, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct. We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe a user is violating these Terms, creating a security risk, or causing harm. We may revise these Terms as the site changes. Governing rules and contact

These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the operator and the dispute, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Nothing here removes a right to bring a claim before a court or authority that has mandatory jurisdiction. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as permitted. A failure to enforce a provision is not a permanent waiver.
